Bryn-Y-Ddafad : Dining Areas
The sun lounge also serves as a small dining room for breakfast.
The main dining room is located immediately next to the sun lounge and separated from it by a pair of glass doors that are opened during meal times. The room also has patio doors at the furthest end giving access to the small garden at the front of the house.
Both rooms overlook the adjoining farmland close to the house and are separated from it by a narrow path and stonewall. Usually during the summer months these fields are inhabited by young beef cattle that often stare over the wall and are fascinated by our guests eating their meals (much to the guests' amusement).
Access to the sun lounge and main dining room is from the first floor lounge via the spiral staircase. For those guests not wishing to use the spiral staircase alternative access is through our private ground floor lounge (through the glass door at the foot of the main staircase).
