Tariff for Bed & Breakfast Accommodation
The bed and breakfast tariffs are listed below:
Prices shown are per room per night for a one night stay and are inclusive of a full Welsh, Vegetarian or Continental breakfast. Take a look at our scrumptious breakfast menu, you will be spoilt for choice!
Please note we charge no extras, free off road parking and WiFi are available.
We reserve the right to refuse 1 night stays during busy periods.
Stays of 2 consecutive nights by two persons sharing a room are discounted by £5 per room per night. In this instance a booking for Forest View plus an additional single room is counted as one room.
Short breaks of three nights during Low Season (the months of February, March, April. May, October, November) are discounted by 15% off the price for a one night stay.
Short breaks of three nights or more during High Season ( the months of June, July, August, September) are discounted by 10% off the price for a one night stay.
Stays of 4 nights or more are discounted by 20% off the price of a one night stay.
These discounts are not offered when Major events are held in the area and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers which may be listed on the special offers page. To enquire on-line visit the availability page, enter the date of the first night of your proposed stay and the number of nights, The available rooms and the total cost of your proposed stay will appear in the grid.
The above discounts do not apply for single occupancy, dicounted rates may be available. Please enquire by telephone or email.
Discounts for longer stays may be available by negotiation.

Tariff for Self Catering Accommodation
To help your money go a little further during 2012 we are pleased to hold self catering tariffs at 2008 rates.
Prices shown below are for stays of 7 nights. Unlike many other self catering properties the change–over day may vary and need not necessarily by a Saturday.

The above tariffs are based on occupancy by 2 adults. For occupancy by 3 or 4 adults please add £25 per week or £10 per night to the prices above.
Electricity and hot water are available at all times at no extra cost. Freshly-laundered bed linen, towels & tea towels are provided. If the hire period exceeds one week, then fresh linen will be offered each week. Travel cots with accompanying bedding are supplied and charged as extra at £5 per stay. Y Bwthyn Bach may not be available as a self catering let during dates of major events.
You may 'check availability' for Y Bwthyn Bach on-line, however the rates appearing in the grid will be for bed and breakfast. not self catering.
